Java falls to the far end of an extreme: "everything ought to be
an object". Rarely, however, in the real world are such absolutes
the right thing. If a language which values "easy to write, easy to
understand" code over adherence to dogmatic principle alienates
you, then Python's not for you.

Find some other language, and forget what "annoys you" about
Python.
