It's not about providing</p><p class=MsoNormal>implementations of various backends. The PEP merely defines an minimal</p><p class=MsoNormal>abstraction layer. Neither the PEP nor the API are finalized or complete</p><p class=MsoNormal>yet, too Some parts of the PEP must be changed before it can be</p><p class=MsoNormal>finalized.
