The Fedora PySide package needs some spec file wrangling to actually
build the Python 3 version of the packages:

(Some guidelines on handling that problem are at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python if anyone familiar
with RPM and keen to see that fixed feels like taking a shot at the
problem)
