I almost finished the test cases for the Decimal module. Need to make the
Context test cases and get the PEP accepted (already asked to David Goodger
how to call for a revision), and then I could complete the test cases.

When the test cases will be finished (and meanwhile are reviewed by the
community), I could start fixing the Decimal module itself.

With all this said, I think that the dates you proposed are allright.
