[Python-Dev] Windows installer for 2.4?

With the move to using VC 7.1 for Python builds, I believe I read 
there was a move to use the Microsoft Installer instead of the Wise 
installer. Looking in the PCbuild directory, I did not see any new 
installer files. Does anyone have a .vdproj file for packaging the 
current build?
