No. As I said, we could look for more stuff that we want to get rid off,
but we could do that at any time.

On my candidate list, further simplifications to the threading appear
desirable:
- Is anybody still using cthreads?
   SGI threads? (does Irix have pthreads now?)
   LWP threads?

Also, there is a bit of code talking about Monterey. Does that
system actually exist?
