FYI, I fiddled things so that test_normalization is expected to be skipped now if and only if NormalizationTest.txt doesn't exist (BTW, that's over 2M bytes, so I doubt many will bother to download it). This is one response to complaints that the current mechanism is too stupid: teach it what *you* know. In this case, it was easy to do so, just a matter of deciding to do so. I don't know how hard it may get in other cases.
