Doc/lib/libsmtplib.tex refers to a mythical has_option() method of SMTP
objects. (The string 'has_option' occurs nowhere in Lib/smtplib.py.
Neither does 'hasoption'.) I'm pretty sure that it should be talking
about has_extn(), ie.:
