  "Top projects" seems to be measured in downloads of released files;
we're in the "Most active" list, and I'm not sure what those numbers
represent... percentiles?  (I.e., we've made more checkins than 99.36%
of the projects at SF, using the number right now.)  The "Most active
..." header should be a link to a explanation!
