Summary: socket.fromfd not available in Windows

Initial Comment:
Hi,

On a Python 2.1.1 Windows binary installation,
socket.fromfd is not available.

It is available on a 2-month old Cygwin installation
and also on my 2.0 from-source installation on FreeBSD.

The docu that comes with a/m 2.1.1 doesn't say that
fromfd is (possibly) Unix-only.
