[css-text] example 16 named entity from Philippe Wittenbergh on 2014-03-29 (www-style@w3.org from March 2014)

http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-text/#letter-spacing-property

Example 16 for the letter-spacing property uses a named entity (&zwsp;) for zero-width-space (U+200B). However that named entity is not supported by browsers (tested IE10 +, Safari 7, Opera, Firefox 28), and not very ‘standard’[1].

Wouldn’t it be better to use the decimal for this example?

This should qualify as an editorial problem I think.
