includes() 方法判断类型化数组中是否含有特定元素，并相应返回 true 或者 false，这个方法的算法和 Array.prototype.includes() 相同。TypedArray 是这里的类型化数组类型之一。

includes(searchElement)
includes(searchElement, fromIndex)

searchElement

要搜索的元素。

fromIndex

可选，数组中的位置，在这里开始搜索 searchElement；默认为 0。
