Masks & public healthNobody likes masks. We don’t enjoy BSDCan looking like a scene out of the latest Michael Crichton thriller.
However, BSDCan is about community, a community protects its most vulnerable members, and we have many vulnerable members. So, we are requiring that attendees wear masks (details below).
Finding a mask that fits your face snugly and comfortably before arriving in Ottawa can make wearing a mask during the conference much less aggravating.
BSDCan DOES require to you wear a mask:
BSDCan does NOT require to you wear a mask:
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us before booking flights and hotels.
If you are unable to wear a mask, we deeply regret excluding you this year. We hope you can participate remotely via the streaming options.
